I have a quiet period between Christmas and going back to work on January 4th, so I’m getting some work done on the new rocket – which I think is going to end up being Kerbal themed. The av-bay is a little overcomplicated, but I wanted to try a couple of new things and it has plenty of space. This rocket is going to have an on-board camera inside the av-bay looking out horizontally, and will also have a pull-pin switch to power on the electronics. (I bought a few of these a while back when it looked like wireless switches were no longer going to be allowed.)
I think this is ready for a first try – I’m about to send it downstairs to the 3D printer.
